IMPROVING ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS IN AND AROUND MEDITERRANIAN PORTS – TREASURE WORKSHOP

The TREASURE consortium is pleased to announce its 1st international workshop taking place on 27th January 2026 in Piraeus, Greece where specific tools and governance model to support ports and coastal administration in improving water and sediment quality will be presented. The event is part of a set of other workshops envisaged in the project Transferability and Engagement Plan and will represent an opportunity to create synergies with other European initiatives, promote coordinated approaches, mutual learning and joint upscaling of results.

More specifically the participants will be have a chance to learn more about innovative solutions developed and tested within the TREASURE project to improve environmental performance in port areas, exchange results, methodologies and lessons learned with other EU funded projects working on related environmental and governance issues, explore governance models and decision-making tools to support sustainable coastal and port management, seize the opportunity to capitalize, cluster and establish new networks for future activities.

The participation in the workshop is free of charge but the registration is necessary.
